Quality Car Wash

These people are thieves. They lied to me about how much money they gave me. Even when recounted they still denied that they owed more. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were on vacation and there was nobody I could speak to. Also,Brenda had food all over her hand's and kept looking at her phone . It shows what type of company you are when your employee's are writing positive reviews . The same person that couldn't count is also writing reviews? They talk badly about the customer's which I've seen first hand . Speedway down the street has even heard horror stories about you people .I vented after the frustration and they told me they have had multiple employees that use to work there vent about how bad the owners are .I had been a loyal customer but not anymore . Do better ! After also hearing how you treated old employees is horrific. You should not be in business and I hope one day your shut down. This company is so unprofessional. I could go on. Even the foul language is gross. Never again

Just took my car that I just bought in January there on Sunday to get it washed. I put a lot of money into this car and take very good care of it, full weathertech, $400 professional dash cam installed, new remote start professionally installed, as well as nano ceramic tint professionally installed, I do regular obd2 scans on my vehicle and have taken it to the best hybrid shop in the area to have it inspected and maintenance done that included digital images sent directly to me from the shop. I leave the wash and drive home I notice that my mirror looks off, I get home, the wash smacked my mirror forward, I looked at my car closer there was a paint chip on the rear on the same side all of a sudden, that paint chip will likely cost 2k to repair, not to mention I had to rewash the windows by hand when I got home and my grill because it left residue. The timing has to be off on this wash. I called the gas station they said that wash doesn’t have a phone number, I called corporate they said that isn’t one of their washes. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will never go to this place again. I will wash my car by hand. I took it in to maintain it and get the Michigan salt off of it mainly, I left wit

I really like that you can pay with cash here!… Other places like Tommy’s are cashless. At this Quality Car Wash location, they have friendly people who prewash your vehicle’s front and back areas, which other carwashes don’t do. I was very satisfied! 💯

Completely destroyed my 2k wheels, didn’t clean my car, the employees saw that my tires were 11” wide and didn’t say anything. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
